Before you say anything, yes I realise you're not currently getting a devil every day and for that I can only apologise. Yes, maybe it would be a tad more accurate to call this "Devil of the Week" but it doesn't have the same ring to it. Anyway I like to play it fast and loose with these devils so you never quite know when the next one will show.
Devil No 14 is once again brought to you by Steve Wacksman (He who brought you the Banned Books Devil). I do enjoy a blue devil.
This is brilliant it really is. If you just glanced at it you would this is was a really nice illustration that shows two men meeting up for a fight. One is built like the proverbial brick shithouse and cheered on by his well-to-do fans, whilst the other is a lot smaller and... wait a minute is that tail he's sporting there? This changes everything!
This is the kinda work I would love on my office wall. I love that the artist hasn't gone too over the top with the devil's look. He's a little bit shadowy, has a cap on to probably hide his horns and his car is most definitely of the sort I'd imagine the devil to drive.
There's a few more amazing illustrations by the very talented E.Korsgaard over at Artstation.com
I realise this has been around for a few years but I still think it's a really clever and funny commercial with the right amount of horror, suspense and comedy.
OK I hear what you're saying, Daredevil may not strictly be a "Devil"but don't we all have a little devil in us? The answer is yes, yes we do.
The guy who created this beauty is called Fabian Schlaga ( fucking great name ) and he's based in Germany. He is seriously talented and if you'd like to check out more of his wares then head over to his Deviantart page and feast your eyes on them.
It's been a while! Anyway here's the 10th Devil for you to feast your eyes on.
I love the Bioshock series of games and for anyone who has played Bioshock Infinite you will recognise this image. If not you can still surely alppreciate this devil artwork.
I've managed to get todays Devil to you on time, so a pat on the back for me it is.
This is a slight cheat as this is one of mine, well sort of mine. Paul Loudon ( world's best Illustrator! ) brought my idea to life as he always does and I think you'll agree that this is a pretty splendid example of a Devil.
If you like then why not head over to the store and purchase this on a postcard. I would but I already have a box full.
Again, apologies for not posting yesterdays Devil but I have a life you know! Ok, you got me, I don't BUT I am really lazy.
Wow this is the most disturbing artwork featuring evil bunny type minions I have seen this week.
It's called 'Minions' and is by Jason Levesque aka Stuntkid.
And if you thought Illustration was the only talent then you are wrong, sir! Stuntkid is also a photographer and adventurer. Have a looksee at his website.
